DAY ONE!!!!

We have made it to the wonderful Campus of the Kieve Leadership School! Once the students departed the bus, they immediately got into circles to do an activity. This was followed by bringing their things to their cabins, a snack, and meeting their Educators for the week. Already today, the students have been on the climbing wall and doing various group activities, showing their teamwork, their communication skills, decision-making, and leadership.

In total, there are four school here, and it has been really great seeing our students embrace new friendships. At choice time and during the evening program, the students were completely mixed, regardless of schools, but this didn't stop our kiddos at all!

After an early start, an eventful day, and a delicious dinner, the students and their cabin counselors are getting ready for bed. I am sure the students will find it hard to sleep for the excitement of the day to come!
